WE’RE UPDATING AUBURN’S GENERAL PLAN
We want to hear from you! See below for opportunities to share your thoughts about Auburn’s General Plan Update.
The City of Auburn is updating its General Plan, the State-mandated document that guides how and where the city will grow over the next 20 years. The Plan covers topics such as land use, transportation, housing, conservation, open space, and public safety. It will shape Auburn’s future and define City priorities for years to come. Learn more HERE.
There are several new documents exploring Auburn’s existing conditions, available on the Resources Page.
JOIN US AT A COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE!
Come join your neighbors, friends, colleagues, and City staff to set our community’s priorities for the coming years. Learn more about the City’s goals and policies and share your thoughts on the next steps as we shape Auburn’s future together. The workshop will include an opening presentation and interactive “stations” on topics like land use, transportation, and the arts.
The Open House will take place December 3rd, 6-8pm, at the Placer High School Cafeteria. There will be complimentary refreshments, music, and prizes! Families and children welcome.
