WE’RE UPDATING AUBURN’S GENERAL PLAN
We want to hear from you! See below for opportunities to share your thoughts about Auburn’s General Plan Update.
The City of Auburn is updating its General Plan, the State-mandated document that guides how and where the city will grow over the next 20 years. The Plan covers topics such as land use, transportation, housing, conservation, open space, and public safety. It will shape Auburn’s future and define City priorities for years to come. JOIN US AT THE NEXT COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS!
Join us in conversation with neighbors, friends, colleagues and City staff to think long term and create a shared vision for Auburn’s future!
The City is hosting two community workshops: on Wednesday, March 5th, from 6-8 pm, and on Saturday, March 15th, from 10am-12pm. Both events will be held in the Rose Room at City Hall and cover the same content.
The workshops will consist of a short presentation and project overview, followed by a fun and interactive Auburn-themed board game, custom designed by our team to help participants understand and influence how Auburn will grow and change over the next 20 years. The workshop will close with open dialogue and group reflection. Food and drinks will be provided.
